white bean purée, crisp summer vegetable salad, basil pistou vinaigrette and petite nudge cheese


Grilled Hanger Steak
with toasted pistachio chimichuri, creamy polenta, broccoli rabe

Wood-fire Rotisserie Chicken
with truffle butter, ratatouille and watercress

Chickpea and Vegetable Cakes
sauté of shiitake mushroom, brown rice, haricots vets and scallions, roasted tomato vinaigrette, smoked chile aïoli

Pan Roasted Whitefish
warm Yukon gold potato, haricots verts and radish salad in a scallion dressing, créme fraîche, pickled shallots and fresh herbs

Moules Frites
Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in white wine, Pernod, cream, fennel, tomato, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, served with frites 


Chocolate Mousse

Lime Sorbet
with fresh blueberries in mint syrup 

Almond Meringue
with vanilla ice cream and blackberry coulis
