Empanada de Pollo o Vegetales
One fried empanada stuffed with choice of chicken or vegetable (onion, carrots,
peas, kale, and potato)

Aguadito de Pollo
Chicken breast pieces, white rice, potatoes, green peas, Peruvian corn and
carrots in a cilantro and chicken stock

Yucas a la Huancaína
Lightly fried yuccas (cassava root) served with huancaína (a creamy yellow
pepper sauce

Entree

Arroz con Pollo
White rice cooked in cilantro sauce with carrots, green peas, corn, and Peruvian
beer. Served with roasted chicken breast and salsa criolla

Tallarín Saltado
A Chinese-Peruvian fusion dish of linguini noodles stir-fried with your choice of
steak, chicken or tofu, red onions, tomatoes, yellow pepper, and snow peas in
soy sauce, garnished with green onions

Quarter Pollo a la Brasa
Rotisserie chicken marinated in Peruvian spices and red wine. Served with
French fries, a garden salad and huacatay (Peruvian black mint) sauce

Dessert

Arroz con Leche
A classic Peruvian rice pudding mixture of condensed milk, coconut milk, a
splash of brandy, raisins, and cinnamon

Volteado de Piña
Upside-down pineapple cake topped with a slice of pineapple, a candied red
cherry, and a brown sugar glaze

Chupe de Camarones
A shrimp chowder with shrimp tails, red onion, tomatoes, white rice, potatoes,
Peruvian corn, green peas, and boiled egg garnished with fresh queso fresco

Ají de Gallina
Boiled, halved potatoes topped with shredded chicken in a creamy ají amarillo
sauce, slices of hard-boiled egg and olives, and served with a side of white rice

Paella Marina
Saffron-infused white rice stir-fried with shrimp, mussels, octopus and calamari,
mixed with bell peppers and green peas, seasoned with cilantro

Seco de Res
Chunks of beef marinated in chicha de jora and cooked in a blend of onions,
garlic and cilantro. Served with white rice and canary beans

Quínoa Atamalada
An Andean quinoa stew slow-cooked in ají amarillo sauce with corn, peas, and
red bell pepper served over boiled halves yellow potatoes. Garnished with fresh
queso fresco and cilantro (can be made vegan upon request)

Dessert

Alfajores con Helado de Vainilla
Three (3) soft, shortbread cookies with dulce de leche sandwiched in between.
Served with vanilla ice cream

Tres Leches
Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a signature blend of three types of milks and
topped with a layer of whipped cream and fresh fruit
