Appetizer

Papas a la Huancaina
boiled halved potatoes covered in huancaína (a creamy yellow pepper sauce) and topped with
slices of boiled egg and olives

Aguadito de Pollo
chicken breast pieces, white rice, potatoes, green peas, Peruvian corn and carrots in a cilantro
and chicken stock

Choritos a la Chalaca
steamed mussels covered with a vegetable medley (red onion, corn kernels, tomato, parsley)
with a kick of rocoto pepper

 

Entree

Arroz con Pollo
white rice cooked in a cilantro sauce with carrots, green peas, corn and Peruvian beer
served with roasted chicken breast and salsa criolla

Tacu Tacu
a fried, seasoned rice and canary bean pancake accompanied by your choice of lomo saltado
(flambéed steak), pollo saltado (flambéed chicken) or stir-fried vegetables

Quarter Pollo a la Brasa
rotisserie chicken marinated in Peruvian spices and red wine,
served with French fries, a garden salad and huacatay (Peruvian black mint) sauce

 

Dessert

Arroz con Leche
a classic Peruvian rice pudding mixture of condensed milk,
coconut milk, a splash of brandy, raisins and cinnamon

Flan
a sweet egg custard glazed with a light caramel sauce

Volteado de Piña
upside-down pineapple cake topped with a slice of pineapple,
a candied red cherry and a brown sugar glaze

Appetizer

Ceviche Clásico*
raw Mahi Mahi pieces marinated in a classic leche de tigre with red onions, aji limo, and
cilantro. Served with Peruvian corn kernels and boiled sweet potato

Yucas a la Huancaína
lightly fried yuccas (cassava root) served with huancaína (a creamy yellow pepper sauce)

Causa Limeña
mashed yellow potato layers with chicken salad, avocado and tomatoes in between and
garnished with cilantro

 

Entree

Ají de Gallina
boiled, halved potatoes topped with shredded chicken in a creamy aji Amarillo sauce,
slices of hard-boiled egg and olives and served with a side of white rice

Paella Marina
saffron-infused white rice stir-fried with shrimp, mussels, octopus and calamari,
mixed with bell peppers and green peas, seasoned with cilantro

Seco de Res
chunks of beef marinated in chichi de jora and cooked in a blend of onions,
garlic and cilantro, served with white rice and canary beans

Chaufa de Quinoa
wok-fried quinoa in soy sauce, mix bell peppers, scallions, carrots, mushrooms and egg,
served with chifa salad (carrots, radish, mango, citrus dressing) and topped with fried plantains
addition of tofu is available as well

 

Dessert

Alfajores con Helado de Vainilla
three (3) soft, shortbread cookies with dulce de leche sandwiched in between,
served with vanilla ice cream

Flan
a sweet egg custard glazed with a light caramel sauce

a splash of brandy, raisins and cinnamon
