Summer is a time to sip spritzers and soak up the sun on outdoor patios. Join Madison Magazine for its Top Shelf Summer Taste 2017 hosted at Nau-Ti-Gal. Enjoy tasty treats and hand-crafted cocktails from more than 20 of Madison’s local vendors. Thursday, Aug. 10
Head to Oregon Thursday night for dinner and a show. Charlie’s on Main is offering a three-course meal followed by a music review of Sondheim on Sondheim from the Oregon Straw Hat Players. Start the first course off with chop salad with Nueskes bacon, heirloom grape tomatoes and green goddess dressing. The second course is yours-to-choose: grilled sirloin steak, pan-seared salmon or wild mushroom risotto. Saturday, Aug. 12
The 25th Annual Steak and Lobster Dinner, part of the Marshall Lions RiverFest, is at Fireman’s Park in Marshall this Saturday. Take the 30-minute drive—it’s worth it! Along with a lobster and steak dinner option, there will also be burgers, brats, hot dogs, chips and sweet corn available for purchase.
