Hops & Harvest - Harvest Dinner with Founders Brewing Co. is offering four seasonal courses and six expertly paired beers at this special event this week. Enjoy the flavors of the harvest season with dishes made from items including Arctic Char and little neck clam among other fresh Wisconsin produce. Four of the beer offerings are IPAs, so be ready for a hoppy evening. $40, 5:30-10 p.m., foundersbrewing.com

Wednesday, Nov. 15
If you’re looking for food and wine that’s as warming, comfy and cozy as your turtleneck, then Sweater Weather Wine Dinner with Ryan Roark has got your back. Roark, owner and winemaker of California’s Roark Wine Co., will be leaving his small-batch production for a day to showcase five of his wines at Fresco. The menu includes hearty, homey plates like white bean and kale ragout, beef tenderloin and mashed potatoes. $20, 6:30-9 p.m., eventbrite.com

After a month hiatus, Blue Moon Bar & Grill's Craft Beer Pinball League is back, this week featuring New Belgium beer. Come at 6 p.m. for a free Bew Belgium pint—organized pinball play starts at 6:30 p.m. There will also be prizes involved, so bring your A game! 6 p.m., facebook.com

Thursday, Nov. 16
Good beer and free music are a perfect combination, and this Thursday at Robinia Courtyard might be one of the last times this year we'll get to enjoy both of those things outdoors. Come to Beat Chefs at Robinia!, hosted by Robinia Courtyard on East Washington Avenue, for hip-hop/funk/R&B tunes from this Madison band while enjoying one of ten Karben4 beer offerings on tap, plus a special pilot beer made just for MadisonTap (located in the East Washington Avenue property). 9 p.m., facebook.com

It's round No. 2 for Burger Night at the Robin Room bar on East Johnson Street this Thursday. Robin Room teams up with Isthmus Dining Co. and Rob Grisham to offer three $8 burgers served with potato chips. The beef comes from Highland Springs Farm in Oregon, and Isthmus Dining Co. will have some fun with interesting toppings for all three options. $8 per burger, menu subject to change. facebook.com

Each Other, a Madison-based pop-up restaurant, will be setting up shop at The Bar at Estrellón this Thursday for Each Other Pop-Up. A tentative menu features a steak sandwich with pickled squash on sourdough bread, potato and egg drop soup and honeynut squash pie with a marshmallow topping. Cash only, facebook.com

Friday, Nov. 17
An event all about chocolate is hard not to like. The Chocolate Frolic at the Distillery taking place at Yahara Bay Distillers features chocolate martinis, chocolate beers, chocolate batch products and even more, (you guessed it), chocolate. This is a collaboration between Cholaco pure liquid cacao, Roots Chocolates, House of Brews and Meloz Honey Spirit. Free live music will also be offered 7 to 9 p.m. at the new Fitchburg distillery on Nesbitt Road. 5 to 10 p.m., facebook.com 

Are you looking to brush up on your holiday meal cooking skills last minute? WUD Cuisine: Thanksgiving Dinner, led by two Madisonian chefs and a culinary lecturer at Madison College, will guide you through using indigenous foods and techniques to prepare your meal this holiday season. Help with Thanksgiving classics including sous vide turkey, cranberry sauce and wild rice with butternut squash will be provided, and you get to enjoy the product of your labor afterward. Saturday, Nov. 18
The theme for delecTable’s Culinary Dinner Theater is spot-on for this time of year. This Saturday night dinner will be focusing on family-style dining, which means ample portions of delicious food will be passed around the table, alongside wine. This is not your average Thanksgiving feast, though; so don’t expect turkey and gravy. Instead, get excited for innovative dishes including salmon with celeriac puree, pomegranate seeds, calamansi balsam and arancini stuffed with curry coconut risotto and squash date dipping puree. $44-59, 6:30-8:30 p.m., eventbrite.com
