Donna's strawberry yogurt soup

Better-for-you cookie dough with greek yogurt

Serve this for a refreshing summer dessert or even enjoy it for a breakfast treat.

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or additional sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • dash ground cardamom

In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process just until strawberries are finely chopped. Serve in parfait glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
