The birth of a baby can be a joyous experience, but for over half a million women a year it becomes a terrible nightmare.

Dr. Phil's first guest on Monday had thoughts of harming her baby by cutting his throat or putting cleanser in his formula. Then another woman's ordeal led to bankruptcy and divorce, but she remarried her husband and wants to have another child.

Also, the newly crowned Mrs. United States spoke out after years of suffering in silence. If you missed the show, you can read more and watch video clips at DrPhil.com.
