Hey, these days it can be harder than ever to figure out what to spend your precious TV time watching. We'll try to make that easier.

So, here's some of the good stuff coming up on WISC:

Of course two of the most popular and influential reality shows of all time have returned. Sundays at 7 PM, 11 all-star teams return for a special edition of The Amazing Race. Fan favorites The Globetrotters, The Cowboys, Dave & Connor, and Brendon & Rachel are among the teams trying again for that elusive $1 million check.

And  Survivor has returned for its 28th season. Airing Wednesdays at 7 PM, the theme is "Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty"; the groupings have been determined by the distinguishing characteristics that people usually bring to the show. This edition hopes to answer that eternal question: What is the biggest factor in winning the game of Survivor: looks, smarts, or brute strength?

Then, after March Madness takes over for two weeks starting in mid-March, get set for the highly-anticipated series finale of How I Met Your Mother, airing on Monday, March 31, from 7-8 PM. Immediately following will be the premiere of Friends with Better Lives, a new comedy about six friends at different stages in their lives -- married, divorced, newly engaged, and single -- who pretend to be happy, but secretly question if their friends have it better.

On Friday, April 4, at 7 PM, "Unforgettable" returns.  Stars Poppy Montgomery as a detective with the NYPD’s Major Crimes Section who possesses a rare condition that allows her to remember and readily access the details of every moment in her life, and Dylan Walsh as her ex-boyfriend and partner.

On Sunday, April 6, the biggest names in music will gather for the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, airing live from Las Vegas from 7-10 PM. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will co-host, while Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Lee Brice, Kacey Musgraves, and Taylor Swift lead with the most nominations.

On Thursday, April 24, at 8:30 PM, "Bad Teacher," a new comedy about an always inappropriate, fearless and unapologetic former trophy wife who masquerades as a teacher in order to find a new man after her wealthy husband leaves her premieres. Stars Sara Gilbert, David Alan Grier, and Kristin Davis.

On Tuesday, May 20, Merle Haggard, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Landy Antebellum, and The Band Perry are among the performers on "ACM Presents: An All-Star Salute to the Troops." The three-hour special will air from 7-10 PM.

Further down the road will be the return of Under the Dome, the summer series Extant starring Halle Berry, and a special "Mork and Mindy" reunion on The Crazy Ones featuring Robin Williams and his former co-star Pam Dawber.

As they say in the TV biz, keep watching. Or, set those DVRs!
