1/4 cup hot tea

1/4 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon Thai red curry sauce or dash red pepper sauce, optional

1/4 cup peanuts

In a small sauce pan, combine tea, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. If a hotter sauce is desired, add red curry sauce to taste.

When ready to serve, add peanuts. Thin with extra tea if mixture is too thick. Toss vegetables with desired amount of sauce.
