I love these bars for a quick snack or even a breakfast-on-the-run.

3 cups quick cooking rolled oats, uncooked 1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 cup coconut flakes 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup miniature chocolate chips 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, condensed milk, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly blended. Spoon into baking pan and press to smooth the top. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until just beginning to brown around the edges. Cool and cut into small squares.
