Donna's Orzo Veggie Salad

This is a perfect side dish for a casual cookout or picnic.

Dressing

In a medium saucepan, cook orzo in boiling water with chicken bouillon for 7 - 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain well and place in a serving bowl. Add sesame oil, asparagus, red pepper, corn, and green onions.

In a small bowl or jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Pour into bowl with orzo and vegetables.. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
