Children's Museum Could Be In Janesville's Future
Project May Cost Up To $7 Million

JANESVILLE, Wis. -- For more than two years, there has been a local movement to bring a children's museum to downtown Janesville.
VIDEO: Watch The ReportA study found the project would cost from $5 to $7 million.The study's findings ask for at least $3 million to be privately raised, and a match from the city."I think this would give a clear signal to the world around us that Janesville is here and this is a project that I think would be very beneficial to this community and this region," said Ron Ochs, steering committee president of the Children's Museum Inc.There is no time table for the project to begin and no sites have been chosen for development.
