I teach Family and Consumer Education. My kitchens utensils are from the 1950's. My kids can't even warm/defrost foods in the microwave. Here is my wishlist:
6 sets of standard dry measuring cups
6 sets measuring spoons
3 liquid measuring cups
6 9x13 pans
6 9x9 pans
6 pastry blenders
6 rubber scrapers
6 spatulas
6 sifters
6 sets of plates
6 sets of cups
LOTS of dishcloths for drying and washing

Misc:
construction paper (this is rationed and we only get a little).
kleenex
plants-cinder blocks provide a less than optimal learning environment!
glue
scissors
markers
