Shooting Victim Is Recovering

MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police said they have arrested a teenager in connection with a shooting last month outside the Dane County Mental Health Center on West Washington Avenue.Police said they arrested a 17-year-old on a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.Police said the victim from the shooting on April 30 is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries.
