  • at 232 PM CDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Three to five inches of rain have already fallen. An additional one to two inches of rain are expected through 6 PM as another area of thunderstorms move across far northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin. Flash flooding is already occurring.
  • Campers near rivers and streams should consider evacuation as water levels will rise rapidly.
